Shook Partner Listed in “People to Know in Law”

Shook Partner Anitra Raiford has been listed among the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s “People to Know in Law,” in a group of 25 lawyers from the Tampa Bay area highlighted for their success and ties to the local community.

Raiford’s professional and community accomplishments include a successful practice in product liability litigation and class action and complex litigation and active participation in community organizations including pro bono work. Raiford’s clients include businesses in the automotive, consumer goods, distribution, food and beverage, insurance, medical device, pharmaceutical and technology industries. She is the recipient of Shook’s William G. Zimmerman Pro Bono Award and the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit and Bay Area Legal Services’ Have a Heart Pro Bono Service Award. Raiford recently served on a panel for the Southern Black Law Students Association, informing students on clerking for the federal judiciary.
