Shook Employment Policy Partner Featured on Return to Workplace Podcast

Shook National Employment Litigation and Policy Practice Partner Kristen Page was a featured speaker on the podcast, Returning to the Workplace, hosted by the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA). Page, who is also the managing partner for Shook’s Business Litigation and Public Policy Practice groups, spoke about issues her clients have been navigating on how to return employees back to traditional work locations while still dealing with COVID-19. Topics included mandating vs. incentivizing vaccines, remote work and flexibility, productivity and the need for employers to be transparent in communications.
