Shook Attorneys to Moderate Hybrid Work Ethics and Public Nuisance Mass Torts Presentations

Two Shook Attorneys will be moderating at the American Bar Association 2023 Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts, and Products Liability Litigation Committees’ Joint Regional CLE Program at The Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa, Avon, Vail Valley, February 2. 

Shook Partner John Barkett, who is a member of the ABA’s Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility, will moderate the panel “Ethics Plenary: Legal Ethics in a Hybrid Work Environment,” 7:00–8:00 a.m. MST.

Shook Associate Edd Gaus, who practices in product liability litigation, will moderate “Plenary: The Re-Emergence and Evolution of Public Nuisance Mass Torts,” 8:15–9:30 a.m. MST.

The event will be held February 1–3 and features 10 litigation presentations and provides time to enjoy outdoor activities and network with colleagues.
