Navigating Landmines With Class Waiver Arbitration Clauses

Shook Co-Chair of the Class Action and Appellate Litigation Practice Group Amir Nassihi will be a panelist at the 27th Annual National Institute on Class Actions to be held October 19 and 20 at The Allegro Royal Sonesta Hotel in Chicago. Nassihi will give his insights in “Navigating Landmines With Class Waiver Arbitration Clauses,” October 20 from 3:15-4:15 p.m. He and other panelists will discuss developments in the use and enforcement of class waiver arbitration clauses amidst the growing number of mass arbitrations. The American Bar Association is hosting the event and CLE credits are available.
