Anitra Clement Receives Federal Bar Association Achievement Award

The Federal Bar Association (FBA) awarded Shook Partner Anitra Clement the Robyn J. Spalter Outstanding Achievement Award. Given to only one FBA member per year, the award is bestowed upon an attorney who provides meaningful legal, community, public and charitable service and upholds high standards of professional achievement.

Clement is committed to her community as a Trustee of the Hillsborough County Bar Foundation, Trustee of the University of Florida’s Law Center Association and former President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. She also dedicates a portion of her practice to pro bono work with an emphasis on helping children and families. 

Clement is based in Shook’s Tampa office and defends individual, multi-district and class action cases as well as appeals. She manages all aspects of litigation including serving as trial counsel.

The FBA honored Clement at its Annual Meeting & Convention on September 12.
