Miami Managing Partner Receives Circle of Excellence Award

Shook Miami Managing Partner Dan Rogers has received the 2025 Circle of Excellence Award in the Appellate Category from the Miami-Dade Bar. Each year, the Miami-Dade Bar hosts the Circle of Excellence Awards to honor attorneys and paralegals who demonstrate exceptional performance within Florida’s legal profession.

Alongside his managing partner role, Rogers is a Board-Certified Specialist in Appellate Practice and has briefed or presented oral arguments in more than 100 appeals across the country. His appellate victories have included significant issues of first impression and the use of creative, precedent-setting appellate strategies.

Rogers also devotes significant time to pro bono efforts, helping those who cannot afford legal representation with their criminal, immigration, probate and family law problems. He volunteers his time as an appointed member of the Miami-Dade County Planning Advisory Board.

Rogers will be recognized at the Miami-Dade Bar awards ceremony on November 19.
