Lead Trial Counsel Nominated for Product Liability Litigator of the Year

Partner Jessica Grant is one of five litigators nominated for Benchmark Litigation’s 2026 Product Liability Litigator of the Year award. The Benchmark Litigation US Awards recognize the country’s most distinguished litigators and their firms for their exemplary work over the past 12 months. 

Based in Shook’s San Francisco office, Grant is a successful courtroom strategist as a first-chair trial lawyer in the nation’s most challenging jurisdictions. She has prevailed as defense counsel in numerous complex trials where the plaintiffs sought hundreds of millions of dollars. 

Grant’s practice spans a wide spectrum of product liability and business litigation matters. She also served as lead trial counsel in one of the largest wage-and-hour class actions ever tried to verdict in California. For seven consecutive years, Benchmark Litigation has listed her among the Top 250 Women in Litigation.

The winner will be announced at the Benchmark Litigation awards ceremony on March 11 in New York City.
