Max McGraw Elected to Operation Breakthrough Board of Directors

Shook Partner Max McGraw has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for Operation Breakthrough, a not-for-profit corporation in Kansas City providing a nurturing and safe environment for children in poverty and to empower their families through advocacy, emergency aid and education. 

As a member of the Board of Directors, McGraw will oversee and govern the activities of Operation Breakthrough, with a focus on management oversight, financial stewardship, strategic direction, regulatory and government affairs and staying focused on the overall purpose of the organization.

“I’m incredibly excited to join the board of this highly impactful organization,” said McGraw. “Operation Breakthrough has a long history of providing much needed educational, social services and health support to Kansas City’s families and children. I’ve long admired the local impact Operation Breakthrough has on our city, and I’m honored to join the board to help further the mission.” 

McGraw began his term on the board in January 2026.
