Benchmark Litigation Names Shook Product Liability Firm of the Year

Benchmark Litigation named Shook, Hardy & Bacon as the 2026 Product Liability Firm of the Year at the 2026 Benchmark US Awards, recognizing the country’s most distinguished firms and litigators for their exemplary work over the past 12 months. Partner Jessica Grant was also honored as a finalist for Product Liability Litigator of the Year.

Shook’s Product Liability Litigation practice group is the largest team of product liability trial lawyers in the country and is co-led by Partners Katie Gates Calderon and Bill Geraghty. The team has represented some of the firm’s largest and most prestigious clients for more than three decades and repeatedly handles complex and contentious product liability cases including MDLs, class actions, mass actions and various individual cases.
