Shook Partner to Present eDiscovery 101 Webinar

Shook Complex Litigation and Strategic Counseling Partner John Rosenthal will present the webinar, “eDiscovery 101: What Every Litigator Should Know,” April 27 at noon CT. The 60-minute webinar will cover an introduction to electronically stored information (ESI), the preservation of ESI, and an overview of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as they relate to the discovery of ESI.
