Three Shook Attorneys Will Present at Business Law 101 CLE

Three Shook attorneys will be presenting at the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association’s “Business Law 101: Core Concepts for the Next Generation of Attorneys,” Thursday, May 7. The hybrid event will be presented from 12–5 p.m. CT at the KCMBA Event Center and as a live webinar. The half-day CLE is designed specifically for early-career attorneys looking to build a strong foundation in business practice. The program features practical, high-level overviews from experienced practitioners across key areas of business law.

Shook Partner Poston Pritchett and Associate Hannah M. Smith will present “Building Blocks of Construction.” Shook Partner Bill Martucci will serve as the moderator of an in-house corporate counsel panel discussion focused on the role of the corporate counsel, interactions of corporate counsel and outside counsel, and pathways for future career progression by corporate counsel.
