Behrens is co-chair of Shook’s D.C. based Public Policy Practice Group and is a leading national litigator on civil justice issues. He has over thirty years of experience working on civil justice issues and defense litigation.

Rosenthal litigates complex commercial, class action and multidistrict litigation and also has substantial experience defending clients before federal and state enforcement agencies. He has experience at both the trial and appeal levels, including working on some of the highest profile MDL and class matters in recent years.
