Benchmark Litigation Names Jessica Grant Among Top 250 Women in Litigation

Benchmark Litigation has selected Shook Partner Jessica Grant to appear in the publication’s 2026 Top 250 Women in Litigation list. “These individuals have earned their place by participating in some of the most impactful litigation matters in recent history as well as by earning the hard-won respect of their peers and clients,” wrote Benchmark Litigation.

Grant is a nationally recognized litigation chair with substantial experience including class action, product liability and employment litigation, including serving as lead trial counsel in one of the largest wage and hour class actions ever to be tried to verdict.

In addition to her trial and appellate practice, Grant has taught mediation as an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law, serves as a mediator in the San Francisco Superior Court’s Early Settlement Program and has successfully represented veterans in pro bono matters.
