BTI Litigation Outlook Names Shook “Powerhouse” in Product Liability Litigation

BTI Consulting Group has listed Shook as a “Litigation Powerhouse” in Product Liability Litigation in its 2027 Litigation Outlook Report, marking the eighth consecutive year of recognition. Only the top three percent of firms are listed as “Powerhouses” in their respective categories.

“Product liability remains the single most competitive segment of litigation – with more firms pursuing these cases than any other,” wrote BTI. “Clients are practically drowning in options and partially developed ideas from law firms. These clients have no time to weed through all the firms.”
