Mike reviews plaintiff fact sheets and responsive documents in support of product liability litigation, drafts deficiency notices to plaintiffs’ counsel, meets and confers with plaintiffs' counsel to resolve deficiencies and prepares supporting documentation in advance of court filings.
Mike earned his J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where he was on the staff of the William & Mary Environmental Law & Policy Review. He earned his undergraduate degree cum laude in political science from Gettysburg College.
