Zach focuses his practice on product liability and environmental litigation. He also has significant experience in business litigation, handling a variety of breach of contract and general business tort issues. Zach is familiar with all aspects of litigation, and is particularly skilled in legal writing having drafted countless motions in both state and federal courts relating to various substantive and procedural issues.
A lifelong Kansan, Zach received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and his B.S. from Kansas State University. Before joining Shook, Zach worked at another large law firm in the Kansas City area.
