Elise focuses her practice on complex litigation, internal investigations and antitrust matters, with experience spanning a range of industries including automotive, construction, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and healthcare.
A significant portion of Elise’s practice involves designing and managing sophisticated review workflows that incorporate technology-assisted review, continuous active learning and generative AI tools. She has extensive experience building and validating review models, crafting complex search strings and implementing robust quality control protocols to ensure accuracy and defensibility.
Elise has led large, multi-layered document review projects, supervising teams of attorneys and coordinating closely with vendors to meet aggressive deadlines. Her experience includes managing large-scale native and image redaction projects and developing quality control processes to ensure consistency and reliability of review decisions. She enjoys testing out and building workflows around new tools that offer potential to improve efficiency and outcomes.
In addition, Elise works closely with teams to analyze review progress and develop reporting to inform case strategy. She also has experience managing foreign-language document workflows, including coordinating translation efforts in cross-border matters.
Known for her analytical approach and attention to detail, Elise focuses on refining established processes while identifying innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency without compromising quality.
Elise maintains an active interest in pro bono work and has assisted clients in matters involving landlord–tenant disputes and incarceration conditions.
