Sam is a business litigation attorney who works across industries. 

Sam earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude, was inducted into Order of the Coif, served as articles editor for the Boston College Law Review, and externed for the Honorable Nathaniel M. Gorton, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. In addition, Sam was a student attorney in the COVID Relief Housing Clinic where he defended individuals facing eviction in housing court.

Before law school, Sam was a business litigation paralegal. His paralegal experience included an antitrust case; research for a federal Court of Appeals appellate brief; and managing and coordinating trial preparation for a three-week intellectual property trial and a two-week product liability trial. Sam was also a corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities paralegal for a global law firm, where he worked on various mergers and acquisitions, including a $1.2 billion international divestiture, involving transactions in over 40 countries.
