Kate defends clients in product liability litigation. She earned her J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Missouri – Kansas City Law School, where she made the Dean’s list every semester and was a staff member of the UMKC Law Review. She also served in two judicial internships, one for the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Western District and the other in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, conducting legal research and drafting memoranda. During law school, Kate also won awards in moot court and trial competitions, developing skills for her professional trial career.
