Bryce is a member of Shook’s world-renowned Product Liability Litigation Practice. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, including product liability matters and high-stakes commercial disputes, where she plays an active role in all phases of litigation.

Bryce has experience handling pre-trial and trial-related matters, including drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions, taking depositions and preparing filings across jurisdictions. She contributes to overall case strategy and advocates on behalf of her clients throughout the litigation process.

Bryce is experienced in discovery and trial preparation, including managing written discovery, supporting deposition strategy and assisting with the development of trial materials. In addition, Bryce directly communicates with clients, including in her role supporting national coordinating counsel. In this capacity, she helps coordinate multi-jurisdictional litigation strategy, manage case efforts and ensure consistency and efficiency across teams. She collaborates closely with litigation teams to support favorable outcomes.

Bryce earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Alicia O. Valle of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where she conducted legal research and drafted opinions and memoranda on both criminal and civil matters. She also served as communications editor of the Florida Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing.

Bryce earned her B.A. in history, cum laude, from the University of Florida. There, she worked at the State Attorney’s Office for the Eighth Judicial Circuit, assisting in the Felony, Juvenile, Domestic Violence and Intake Divisions. These experiences provided Bryce with a strong foundation to advocate effectively for clients throughout all stages of litigation.
