Rana practices in the firm’s Complex Litigation Strategic Counseling Group, focusing on pre-trial work and strategies to best position cases for successful outcomes for clients.
Rana earned her J.D. from Southern University Law Center, where she earned a CALI Award for Advanced Legal Writing, placed first in trial competitions, and excelled at legal research while working full time as a personal banker for J.P. Morgan Chase. She also spent a summer studying abroad as a judicial extern to the Honorable Ruth Downing of the Woolwich Crown Court of London, England, assisting with trial preparation, researching applicable law, and drafting memoranda to assist in the judges’ decisions.
