Chris practices in product liability litigation. He has represented clients in all phases of civil litigation, including tort, construction, and commercial disputes in multi-district litigation, managing matters from intake through resolution. Chris has served on multiple multi-week, high-exposure trial teams, conducting witness examinations, preparing trial strategy and expert outlines, drafting motions in limine, and coordinating evidentiary issues. Has has significant exposure to Massachusetts procedural rules.

Before joining Shook, Chris served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 250 company, gaining strategic insight into corporate risk assessment, operational priorities, and the client-service expectations of business stakeholders. 

Chris earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the Charleston School of Law, where he was a symposium editor for the Charleston Law Review. Before studying law, Chris had a career in hospitality and operations leadership roles and served in the United States Air Force Special Services and Aerial Logistics.
