Anaeli defends clients in product liability litigation.
Anaeli earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Florida International University College of Law. While in school Anaeli served as president of the Moot Court Team where she competed and won awards for best oral argument and best petitioner brief in an appellate advocacy competition. Additionally, Anaeli earned a CALI award for legal research and writing.
During law school, she also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chris McAliley of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. As an intern in the District Court, she drafted legal memoranda, proposed orders and conducted in-depth research regarding civil and criminal issues.
Anaeli also earned a B.A. magna cum laude from Florida International University in sustainability and the environment with a certificate in Law, Ethics, and Society. Before entering law school, Anaeli worked in the energy industry for NextEra Energy and as an intern for a non-profit environmental organization, researching permits for oil and gas exploration.
