Marissa assists in all phases of pretrial and trial preparation for various clients in general liability litigation matters.
Marissa earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, where she made the dean’s list every semester and served as the lead articles editor for the Missouri Law Review. Marissa also participated in the Mizzou Law Veterans Clinic, where she aided veterans seeking disability compensation and discharge upgrades from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Additionally, Marissa served as a legal intern to the General Counsel at American Outdoor Brands, Inc. Marissa credits this internship for giving her insight into her current clients’ perspectives on what they need from outside counsel.
