Katie works in the firm’s renowned Product Liability Litigation Practice and has experience working on matters involving complex tort and commercial litigation. Katie’s case team assignments include responsibilities in all areas of pre-trial defense. This ranges from initial drafting of responsive pleadings and briefs to deposition summaries and conducting initial case assessments. Katie conducts frequent research and writing memoranda on a wide variety of complex substantive and procedural matters for ongoing product liability, environmental, business, and employment litigation matters.
Katie earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she was a member of the Suffolk Moot Court Honor Board, serving as the associate managing editor for the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy, and as the associate justice for the law school’s student bar association.
