Cailynn defends clients in complex product liability actions, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical drug and technology litigations. Drawing on her federal and state judicial clerkships at both the trial and appellate level, Cailynn offers her clients unique insights on matters of legal strategy and advocacy at all stages of litigation.
Cailynn represents product manufacturers in a wide array of cases, including single-plaintiff cases and complex multidistrict litigations.
