Elizabeth has worked on numerous pharmaceutical and medical device cases including asthma medication, anti-depressants, pain medication, heart valves, and IUDs. Elizabeth has also worked on intellectual property and antitrust matters.
Elizabeth's experience includes individual and multidistrict matters in state and federal courts across the country. She has handled all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice and trial preparation. In recent years, her focus has been on providing clients with practical and cost effective solutions to document management. Elizabeth has experience in document collection, review, production and analysis for large and complex litigations. She has supervised large document review teams, provided guidance regarding confidentiality and privilege issues, and has performed document analysis in preparation for both company and expert witness depositions. She also has experience with the collection and review of documents that contain a substantial amount of foreign language. She participated in the development of guidelines and procedures for the translation and production of those documents.
