Phoebe represents clients in complex litigation matters, defending businesses in product liability, consumer fraud, mass tort and toxic tort cases. Her practice spans the full chain of commerce, including manufacturers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, premises owners and contractors.
Phoebe represents businesses of all sizes, from local and closely held companies to large public and Fortune 500 corporations across a wide range of industries. She has experience handling all stages of litigation, from case inception through resolution, and focuses on strategic, business-minded approaches to dispute management. Phoebe places a strong emphasis on understanding clients’ businesses, products, operations and risk profiles in order to develop practical litigation strategies aligned with their broader business objectives. She works closely with clients to identify efficient paths to resolution and has helped clients achieve favorable outcomes, including early dismissals and multiple summary judgment victories.
Earlier in her career, Phoebe represented plaintiffs in mass tort and general liability matters, providing her with valuable insights into opposing counsel’s strategies and strengthening her ability to anticipate and counter claims on behalf of defense clients.
Phoebe obtained her LL.M. from UCLA School of Law and her B.A. in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law, where she received multiple academic honors. She also has bar admission in China. Phoebe is actively involved in the legal community, serving on the Board of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association and on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Litigation Section. She has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star for multiple consecutive years.
