Phoebe represents businesses in complex litigation, focusing on the defense of product liability, class action, consumer fraud, mass tort and toxic tort matters in federal and state courts. She represents clients across the full chain of commerce, including manufacturers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, premises owners and contractors, particularly those operating in consumer-facing industries.
Phoebe represents businesses of all sizes, from local and closely held companies to large public and Fortune 500 corporations. She is experienced in handling all stages of litigation, from case inception through resolution, and focuses on strategic, business-minded approaches to dispute management. Phoebe places a strong emphasis on understanding clients’ businesses, products, operations and risk profiles in order to develop practical litigation strategies aligned with their broader business objectives. She works closely with clients to identify efficient paths to resolution and has helped clients achieve favorable outcomes, including early dismissals and summary judgment victories.
Earlier in her career, Phoebe represented plaintiffs in mass tort and general liability matters, providing her with valuable insights into opposing counsel’s strategies and strengthening her ability to anticipate and counter claims on behalf of defense clients.
Phoebe obtained her LL.M. from UCLA School of Law and her B.A. in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law, where she received multiple academic honors. She also has bar admission in China. Phoebe is actively involved in the legal community, serving on the Board of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association and on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Litigation Section. She has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star for multiple consecutive years.
