Sarah practices in the firm’s General Liability Litigation Practice Group with a focus on complex litigation. She has managed all aspects of litigation from the pleadings stage, to discovery, to final case disposition in both federal and state court. Sarah has taken and defended over 30 depositions, including plaintiffs’ depositions and apex witnesses in complicated multi-district litigation actions.

Earlier in her career, Sarah served as assistant attorney general for special litigation in the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. Throughout her time there, Sarah worked closely with administrative agencies and gained significant experience in administrative law and with government investigations at both the local and state level. There, she was lead attorney on an evidentiary appeal in the Western District of the Missouri Court of Appeals as well as the lead attorney on a multi-million-dollar 8th Circuit appeal regarding attorney's fees, managing the appellate strategy and drafting all briefs in the case. She was also the lead attorney for the Hope Initiative, working to end all forms of human trafficking. 

Sarah is active in the community, having served on Rockhurst University’s Young Alumni Council as well as Missouri’s Human Trafficking Task Force. The Missouri Times named Sarah in its “30 Under 30” class of 2020.
