Chase represents clients in complex litigation matters involving product, premises and professional liability, and construction, employment and insurance coverage issues.
He manages all aspects of litigation, from pleadings and discovery through depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, alternative dispute resolution and trial preparation. He has taken and defended fact and expert witness depositions, drafted and argued discovery and dispositive motions, prepared appellate briefs and appeared in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions.
Chase also brings courtroom experience, including serving as second chair in product liability and premises liability trials, arguing trial-related motions, and conducting direct and cross-examinations of fact and expert witnesses. Chase has resolved matters through informal negotiations, mediation and arbitration, and he advises clients on litigation strategy, employment-related issues, insurance coverage and bad faith matters.
