Adam focuses his practice in business litigation matters, performing vital legal research and drafting memos and motions. In addition to his research in business litigation matters, Adam has researched legal issues for California wage and hour matters, intellectual property, general liability, product liability, public policy and pro bono projects. He has drafted memos on various topics, including Florida damages statutes, Department of Justice investigations, preliminary injunctions in patent suits and discovered medical records.

As a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas, for Chief Judge Julie A. Robinson, Adam earned valuable experience in conducting legal research and preparing memos and draft orders. Working closely with the court and the judge, Adam gained a keen insight into what makes a good legal motion and what a judge looks for in an argument. 

Adam earned his J.D. at the University of Kansas School of Law where he was recognized as being the top student in his graduating class and won multiple CALI Awards in the disciplines of torts, lawyering skills, contracts, professional responsibility and electronic discovery.
