Victoria Lee is an associate in Shook’s Class Action & Appellate Litigation group in Los Angeles. She represents clients in a range of civil litigation matters and has experience handling dispositive motions, depositions, written discovery, trial preparation, case evaluations and litigation strategy. This has included drafting and ordering motions for summary judgment and demurrers, conducting plaintiff depositions and defending corporate person-most-knowledgeable depositions, and supporting trial teams through motion practice, trial document preparation and final status conferences.
