Delaney is a litigator whose practice focuses on complex business litigation, commercial recovery, bankruptcy, and motor vehicle franchise law.

Before joining Shook, Delaney served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Barbara Ellis-Monro of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, where she crafted substantive orders that addressed the complexities of lead bankruptcy cases and related adversary proceedings. 

Delaney graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University College of Law with a certificate in business law and as a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael Scudder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, assisting with the editing of opinions and preparing research memoranda on discrete legal issues.

In her practice, Delaney is known for her thoroughness and attention to detail, and for translating complex issues into clear, practical guidance for clients.
