Christy is an accomplished attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing clients in class actions and complex litigation matters with an emphasis on pretrial discovery. As a member of Shook’s Data and Discovery Strategies group, Christy works with clients in the pharmaceutical industry on written discovery best practices, all aspects of eDiscovery review, analysis and production, meet and confers, and company witness deposition preparation.

Christy also has experience representing employers in wage and hour class and collective actions, as well experience in defending products liability, medical monitoring, consumer fraud, false claims and anti-kickback matters for both the pharmaceutical and tobacco industries. 

During her career, Christy has represented and advised clients on discovery-related issues across the country in both state and federal courts, including class actions, collective actions, multidistrict litigation and numerous individual matters. Before rejoining Shook in 2019, Christy was a class and collective action attorney for Littler Mendelson.
