Sean A. Rapela

Sean is a product liability litigator who has represented businesses in a wide range of complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. 

Before coming to Shook, Sean practiced not only in product liability but also other areas of law, with a comprehensive background of representing clients in business law, construction and design law, professional liability, employment, class actions, and data privacy and cyber law. Sean is also known for successfully handling all phases of pre-litigation, including case strategy and budget reporting, fact investigation, non-expert and expert discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and early dispute resolution.
