Lori-Ann represents corporate clients in complex product liability, mass tort, environmental and toxic tort and general liability matters in state and federal courts nationwide.

Her practice includes developing comprehensive litigation strategy from case inception through trial, managing large-scale dockets, and leading day-to-day case work across discovery, mediations, motion practice and trial preparation. Lori-Ann routinely takes and defends depositions, drafts dispositive and non-dispositive motions, and coordinates case strategy with outside and in-house counsel.

Her experience includes serving as counsel for Bayer/Monsanto in the Roundup litigation, as well as representing Fortune 500 companies across the agricultural, consumer products, and tobacco sectors. 

Beyond her litigation practice, Lori-Ann advises emerging businesses on entity formation, structuring, and compliance, helping clients build operations with clarity and long-term stability.

Committed to public service, Lori-Ann maintains an active pro bono practice focused on civil rights, child advocacy and housing disputes. She also mentors junior lawyers and law students through Shook’s professional development programs. 

Before joining Shook, Lori-Ann served as a legal intern in both the Housing Rights Unit and the Children’s Advocacy Unit of Legal Aid Service of Broward County, where she assisted clients with landlord-tenant disputes, fair housing issues, foreclosure prevention, dependency matters, education access, foster care issues and related procedural and legal concerns.

Lori-Ann earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as Vice Chair for Special Events and coach for The Florida Moot Court Team.
