Bobbi works with clients in multiple industries on an array of legal issues as part of the General Liability Litigation Group. Bobbi’s legal education and experience started before law school—her undergraduate degree is in legal studies and women studies and she was certified in an ABA-approved paralegal program. As an undergraduate, she was already participating and winning awards in mock trials and studied international legal and justice issues in a study abroad program.
In law school, Bobbi continued to expand her legal training, studying intellectual property in an additional study abroad program. She also participated in The Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, an intense two-year curriculum covering every stage of the trial process, from pre-trial preparation, to jury selection, to sentencing. In the Trial Practice Institute, she learned multiple skills hands-on by completing civil and criminal trials, which included the art of how to present scientific evidence and refining performance techniques needed to engage jurors.
Bobbi is a motivated individual who is, and always has been, passionate about the law. She has volunteered as a mock trial coach at a deaf high school, using her proficiency in sign language to teach deaf students mock trial knowledge and skills. Bobbi enjoys using her advanced skills in public speaking, advocacy and creative problem-solving to go above and beyond for people in and outside of the courtroom. Her diverse education and practical life experiences give her a unique perspective, and she is determined to favorably resolve all issues that her clients face.
