Bradley’s practice focuses on the defense of corporations in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis in pharmaceutical and medical device product liability. He also has deep experience in insurance litigation, including bad faith, extra-contractual and trade practices claims. 

Bradley is a litigator. He is a passionate advocate for his clients and devises sound strategies that best serve their interests. He has represented Fortune 500 companies and individuals in a broad array of cases in numerous federal and state courts.    

Bradley has substantial experience in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial, including appeals. His work includes drafting motions and briefs, handling written discovery, taking fact and expert depositions, preparing expert and company witnesses and arguing dispositive motions. He has also been a member of several teams defending clients in multidistrict litigation, including leading case workup of numerous bellwether plaintiffs.

In addition, Bradley devotes his time to pro bono and other charitable work. He has extensive experience in representing individuals in family court. Bradley also represents clients in immigration court who are facing deportation and other adverse proceedings. Bradley volunteers his time for Harvesters and was a steering committee member of its Food From the Bar Campaign, partnering with the Kansas City legal community to raise funds for the hungry.
