Zina Wall is an of counsel in Shook’s Class Action & Appellate Litigation group in Orange County. She represents clients in complex defense matters and brings significant experience managing warranty and product-related litigation from pre-suit strategy through trial. This includes securing defense verdicts following jury trials, overseeing more than 100 warranty defense cases involving breach of contract, negligent repair and fraudulent inducement-concealment claims and successfully negotiating resolutions through mediation. She brings a strong technical background to her work, drawing from her experience in intellectual property law where she helped prepare and prosecute patents for mechanical devices and designs. She also worked on a variety of trademark and copyright matters. In addition, she assisted in defending manufacturers and suppliers in product liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation, with a focus on cases involving silica and other chemicals.
