Charlotte has more than 10 years of trial court and appellate litigation experience in California and federal courts. She has represented major corporations, banks and credit unions in defending class actions under California and federal law, and has a diverse array of subject matter experience, including data privacy matters, complex commercial landlord-tenant litigation, employment actions, copyright and trademark disputes, consumer arbitrations, insurance issues, and personal injury cases. For several years, she served as an in-house attorney for an international shopping center operator, navigating the novel challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Charlotte also founded and operated a successful small business in the sports and recreation industry in Santa Monica, California.

Charlotte graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School and clerked for the Honorable George H. Wu in the United States Court for the Central District of California.
