Congrove and Duncan Bring Shook Know-How to DRI Class Actions Seminar

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Class Actions & Complex Litigation Partner Tim Congrove is serving as program chair of DRI’s national Class Actions Seminar slated for July 24-25, 2014, in Washington, D.C. He will join conference co-chairs in providing a welcome and introduction to the gathering of prominent practitioners, in-house counsel and legal scholars. Shook Partner Tristan Duncan, who co-chairs the firm’s Energy and Constitutional Law Practices, will join Northwestern University Law Professor Martin Redish for a presentation titled “The Constitutional Limits on Class Action Lawsuits: The Scholar and Practitioner Perspectives.” The firm is a co-sponsor of the event.
