Jacobs, Martucci and Elden Speak at Class Action Conference

Shook Partners Todd Jacobs, Bill Martucci and Gary Elden will each speak at the Class Action Litigation Conference on May 6-7 in Chicago. Jacobs is also the co-chair of the conference, which is sponsored by Perrin Conferences. 

Jacobs moderates a panel titled, “Judicial Perspectives on the Management of Class Action Cases,” which includes U.S. District Judges The Hon. John Lee and The Hon. John Tharp, Jr. During the conference, Jacobs also moderates “Arbitration and Class Waivers,” which focuses on employment litigation and technology companies.

Martucci, who leads Shook’s National Employment Litigation and Policy Practice, joins Michael Ray from Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. for “Update on Employment, Wage and Hour Class Action Issues.”

Elden sits on a panel with attorneys and consultants from Nashville, Seattle and New York to discuss strategic and practical approaches to trying class action cases.
