Third Annual Victor E. Schwartz Symposium on Med Mal Features Ralph Nader

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Public Policy Chair Victor Schwartz serves as the namesake and moderator of the Third Annual Victor E. Schwartz Law Symposium on Thursday, April 28, from 5 to 6 p.m. at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. The goal of the symposium series is to reduce medical malpractice claims. The title of this year's presentation is "Probing the Causes of and Providing the Cures for Medical Malpractice."

This year’s panelists include consumer advocate Ralph Nader and medical error reduction specialist and author Rosemary Gibson.

Attendees include physicians, head doctors, risk managers and hospital administrative/executives from MedStar’s facilities, including the Cleveland Clinic, Georgetown Hospital, Washington Hospital Center and others.
