Kaufman Presents at DRI Drug and Medical Device Conference

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Associate Chris Kaufman will present “Plaintiff Challenges to Company Document Confidentiality: Are You Protected?” during the Young Lawyer Blockbuster segment of the DRI Drug and Medical Device Conference on May 11, 2017, at the Sheraton New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana. 

The presentation will discuss the confidentiality of corporate documents produced in litigation and strategies for defending against plaintiff challenges to confidentiality designations.
