Shook Partner Phil Goldberg and Of Counsel Sarah Goggans will present the webinar “How the U.S. and State Supreme Courts Are Reshaping the Law & Impacting Corporate America," to in-house counsel to help them understand and react to the ever-changing legal landscape and its impact on business. Goldberg, Co-Chair of Shook's Public Policy Group, and Goggans will provide insight on the recent jurisdictional and discovery rulings from the U.S. Supreme Court, and federal and state high court cases affecting corporate America.
