Shook Attorneys Present on Ethics in Digital Age to In-House Counsel

Shook Attorneys Cory Fisher, Lynn Murray, and Camila Tobón will discuss technology topics at an upcoming ethics program for in-house counsel sponsored by ACC Colorado, December 6, 2017, in Denver, Colorado. 

The panel will discuss ethical obligations relating to artificial intelligence, social media, and cybersecurity; in particular, they will examine how the duties of competence and confidentiality, among others, apply to an attorney’s use of technology and securing confidential client data.
