Shook Attorneys to Present at GMA Legal Conference

Shook Partners Lindsey Heinz, Jim Muehlberger and Naoki Kaneko will be speakers at the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) 2018 Legal Conference in New Orleans, February 27-28, 2018.

Heinz will be a panelist in the “Roundtable Discussion on Legal Issues for Organic Products.” The discussion will center on the continual growth in the market for organics, encompassing food, beverage, personal care and household products, and will provide a comprehensive review of legal issues surrounding organic products.

Muehlberger and Kaneko are presenting “Trends in Consumer Goods Class Action Litigation,” a breakout session that will take a broad look at the types of claims being filed by the plaintiffs' bar across the consumer goods industry to help companies better anticipate litigation risks.
