Crain's Names Murray Among "Chicago's Notable Women Lawyers"

Shook Chicago Managing Partner Lynn Murray was selected one of “Chicago’s Notable Women Lawyers” for 2018 by Crain’s Custom Media. The lawyers honored across the Chicago area have demonstrated professional distinction, involvement in their community and a commitment to mentoring other women lawyers.

Crain’s highlights Murray’s success in May 2018, when the jury in a mass litigation trial sided with her client after only 30 minutes of deliberation. The publication also notes Murray’s career path, starting as an economics major who decided that law school was a natural extension of her love of logic. She teaches advanced trial advocacy at the same law school where she earned her degree, the University of Illinois College of Law.
