Barkett to Speak on Attorneys' Ethical Dilemmas

Shook Partner John Barkett joins "Polish Your Ethics: Legal Sand Traps Trial Lawyers Should Avoid," a panel presented at the American College of Trial Lawyers' 2018 Annual Meeting. The program includes vignettes of mock court hearings illustrating some of the challenging ethical problems confronted by trial lawyers. Barkett is a member of the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
