Hobbs and Ingebretsen to Discuss Contract Drafting at ACC Colorado Fall Frenzy

Shook Partner Kirk Ingebretsen and Associate Eric Hobbs will present “Common Drafting Errors That Create Litigation Risk,” at the Association of Corporate Counsel Fall Frenzy in Denver, Thursday, October 4, 2018. Their program will address how standard contractual provisions and “template” contracts can be improved by including additional basic provisions relating to forum selection and choice of law, damages and time limitations, dispute resolution, arbitration, indemnities, and representations and warranties.
